FULL MOON in LEO

Today the Moon in Leo opposes the Sun and Mercury in Aquarius while all of the above are (T) squared by a recently direct Uranus in Taurus. All of these planets are in the bounds of Saturn and Mars, which can be a bit on the rough side… but let’s talk about the Uranus situation.Continue reading “FULL MOON in LEO”

Mercury opposite Neptune (August 22-26)

is still traveling backward through Pisces) for a few days this week. An opposition is like two kids on a seesaw that try to both be off the ground at the same time, but inevitably if one is up, the other is down. With these two planets things can feel a bit frazzled, a bit murky, a bit all over the place.

Mid Moon News: August 16-20

Venus begins the week by picking up a lot of power as she moves into her Libran temple and ends it with a beautiful, grounding trine to Saturn Rx in Aquarius. We’re sorting through details going in an effort to tune into what it is we can and cannot relinquish when it comes to our integrity as individuals which requires looking into the not too distant past.

Mid-Moon News: Leo Season, Part I

Current cosmic and earthly events focus on communication, boundaries, and our impulse to create. The week opened with intense emotions and maybe even an outburst or two, but will close with rededicating ourselves to do our very best.

Venus in Virgo: July 21-August 16, 2021

Venus, the goddess of love, beauty, sensuality, and harmony moves into the detail oriented and analytical sign of Virgo, where she will stay for the next three weeks.

July 2021 Mid-Moon News Part I

This past month, Venus and Mars ran through the Pluto-Saturn-Uranus fun house back to back. It was like if they unmasked the monster at the end of Scooby Doo, but it was actually us all along. We would have gotten away with it, too, if it hadn’t been for our meddling higher selves, asking us to level up. Now that we’ve gotten the scary business of facing our resistance to truly valuing ourselves out of the way, we can regroup. The planets of love and war have been wrapt in a somewhat fiery, somewhat harmonious embrace for about a week now and will be for another. It seems that the depth gazing, earth shaking journey they’ve been on has inspired new strategies to getting what we want and keen evaluation of exactly what that is and why.

Cancer New Moon

The Sun and Moon are the quintessential celestial representatives of Yin and Yang. The OG. Essentially what all other astrological symbolism is based off of. On Friday, July 9 at 9:15pm eastern, they are getting together in the sign of Cancer, which is known as the gateway of life. There’s something very special about new moons that happen in the sign of the crab. Every Sun-Moon conjunction is a new beginning, but the one we get around this time of year is particularly procreative.

Mars in Cancer Opposite Pluto in Capricorn

Oppositions are not about inner turmoil like squares are. They tend to present themselves more in the form of outer catalyzing forces. With Capricorn and Cancer, this is about the balance between holding on to what we’ve created and our ability to conscientiously compartmentalize parts of our lives so that we can move forward.
